M3 Television expands into program development

M3 Television, a video and online production company specializing in content, marketing and technical solutions, announced the establishment of a unit dedicated exclusively to the creation of programming for traditional and new media platforms. Andy Meyers, president of M3 Television, with his partners Roman Perez and Brad Baruh, have named veteran producer Victoria Mercado Guinto to oversee the new multiplatform content division.

Guinto has worked on M3’s field production operations—encompassing pilots, series, commercials, music videos, electronic press kits, trailers, promo and interstitial sales campaigns—since joining the company in December 2007 from her role as producer of ABC’s Dancing with the Stars.

The new development and production wing will encompass M3 Television’s current pilot and series production roster for television and the Web, as well as numerous short- and long-form projects in the development pipeline for all media.
