Radio’s Top Spot Users Strut Their Stuff


When it comes to the use of Spot Radio to connect with consumers, a trio of brands — each representing unique ad categories — have proven to be among the strongest seen across 2022 for AMs and FMs tracked by iHeartMedia-owned Media Monitors.

There’s little distance by play count between the No. 1 and No. 2 spots, and for the week of August 14 they’ve flipped in rank from the previous week as Indeed is now tops and Progressive is No. 2.

At No. 3 is Get Upside, an upstart with respect to spot radio use this year.

Further down the Spot Ten, activity is picking up for language learning brand Babbel as Staples adds more spot plays to enter the Spot Ten this week.
