The two top organizations representing the radio industry have hired MWW Group (www.mww.com), one of the nation’s top ten public relations firms, as its Agency of Record to represent Radio Heard Here, the national marketing campaign that debuted in April 2008. The account will be managed by a dedicated team in MWW Group’s East Rutherford, New York City, and Washington, DC offices.
The Radio Heard Here effort was established by the NAB in partnership with the RAB to communicate the value of the radio. The HD Digital Radio Alliance is also a strategic partner in this effort. With radio reaching more listeners than ever before, MWW Group is charged with engaging consumers, advertisers, agencies and radio insiders through a variety of dynamic media relations programs. These efforts will demonstrate the essential value radio continues to represent by virtue of its scale, content diversity, technology advancements and targeting capabilities.
