NAB Seeks Protection for TV Translators


NAB / National Association of BroadcastersMany Americans in rural areas, particularly in the western portion of the US, rely on TV translators for service. In an ex parte meeting with FCC commissioners and staff, NAB urged a spectrum plan that protects the stations and their audiences.

The FCC was asked to consider as an example the Spokane WA Nielsen DMA.
