WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Third Circuit Court of Appeals “overstepped its authority” when it remanded the Pai Commission’s order that weakened the FCC‘s local media ownership rules.
That’s the argument presented in a brief filed with the U.S. Supreme Court late Monday by the legal team at the NAB.
