The NAB is all for white space devices and sees a great future for them – but decidedly not as currently provided for as a side-feature of the incentive auction, which creates one of the most game-able systems in the history of communications.
The FCC has said that it is aware of problems and that there is no need for a petition, but NAB thinks the issue warrants discussion and believes the FCC has been too quick to brush the issue aside.
