NBC: “Apprentice” wins 10 p.m. for 5th straight week

NBCSunday Results: From 9-11 p.m. ET, “The Celebrity Apprentice” averaged a 1.9/5 in 18-49 and 6.2 million viewers overall, growing from its first half-hour to its fourth by 40 percent in 18-49 rating (to a 2.1 from a 1.5) and by 20 percent or 1.1 million persons in total viewers (to 6.7 million from 5.6 million).  “Apprentice” built on NBC’s results in the prior hour from 8-9 p.m. by 171 percent in 18-49 rating.


For its second hour from 10-11 p.m. ET, “The Celebrity Apprentice” ranked #1 among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-49 for a fifth week in a row, leading the 10 p.m. hour this week by a 17 percent margin (2.1 vs. 1.8 for ABC’s second-place “GCB”).  “Apprentice” was also #1 among those networks from 10-11 p.m. in men 18-49, adults and men 18-34 and adults, men and women 25-54.

In the 10:30 lead-in to local news, “Celebrity Apprentice” delivered a 38 percent margin of victory in the key news demo of adults 25-54 (with a 2.9 rating vs. a 2.1 for ABC’s second-place “GCB”).  “Apprentice” was also #1 among ABC, CBS and NBC at 10:30 in women 25-54, men 25-54, adults 18-34, adults 18-49, men 18-34 and men 18-49.

From 7-8 p.m. ET, “Dateline NBC” averaged a 0.7/2 in 18-49 and 3.3 million viewers overall.

From 8-9 p.m. ET, “Harry’s Law” (0.7/2 in 18-49, 7.5 million viewers overall) is up week to week by 3 percent in total viewers (7.524 million vs. 7.332 million) and up versus this week’s total-viewer lead-in by 131 percent.  From its first half-hour to its second, “Harry’s Law” grew by 14% in 18-49 rating (to a 0.8 from a 0.7) and by 13% in total viewers (8.0 million vs. 7.1 million).  Versus NBC’s non-sports average in the time period last season, “Harry’s Law” is up 58 percent in total viewers (7.524 million vs. 4.756 million).
