An analog low power television outlet is exiting the non-commercial world under terms of a deal recently filed with the FCC. The channel is currently located on one of television’s least popular channels, particularly among communications engineers.

That would be Channel 6. KZFW-LP comes out of Dallas TX on that channel.

The seller is noncommercial Iglesia Jesucristo es mi Refugio Inc., headed by Roberto Gomez. The noncommercial Hispanic religious outlet has been using the station to broadcast its network Tele Restauracion.

The buyer is DFW Broadcasting Inc., headed by John Hamid.

The price will be $420K. Sandi Bergman’s MyMediaBroker.com is holding a $20K escrow deposit, and the balance will be paid in cash.
