For SaleWRKL-AM New City NY, serving the area just to the north of the Big Apple and reaching Gotham with its secondary contour, went on the market back in February, and it’s still available – but interested parties should know that its tires have already been kicked by other interested parties.

The station is listed with Media Services Group broker Bob Heymann, who decided to use the RadioTVDeals.com email blast to remind the broadcast community that the station is being offered for sale, told RBR-TVBR that there has definitely been serious interest in the station but no definitive offer as of yet.

The asking price for the station is the same as it was back in February: $3M.

The station is a Class B on 910 kHz with 1 kW-D, 800-W-N DA2. The main contour reaches as far south as Paterson NJ and Yonkers NY, and it does throw a secondary contour over NYC.

The station is owned by Polnet Communications and is currently running a Spanish religion format.
