NLRB Lobs Second Complaint Against SBS

1

LOS ANGELES — New accusations claiming that Spanish Broadcasting System (SBS) is refusing to bargain in good faith have led the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) to issue a second complaint against the Miami-based company for “serious unfair labor practices” it has denied.

Actors and performers union SAG-AFTRA is backing the complaint, and now workers’ rights activist Dolores Huerta has joined the fight.
