We now know that there is a deal. But at the close of business Friday, Capitol Hill was still kicking around the Wall Street bailout plan. That in turn inspired a great deal more kibitzing than playing on the Street. Most radio stocks also were able to tread water, but a few ended up with a bit of the wet stuff going down the old windpipe. Clear Channel dropped a buck; Google dropped over eight and a half.
