A judge in New York heard arguments yesterday in a lawsuit over the incomplete 26.7 billion bucks buyout of Clear Channel Communications. But after listening to all the lawyers had to say on both sides, the judge did not issue a ruling. The banks who are being sued by the private equity firms who agreed to buy Clear Channel are trying to have the case against them thrown out.
