No rush to rush Rush Limbaugh to Costa Rica

Cottage? Check. Spanish lessons? Check. Acceptable air transport? Not yet. Health-insurance-free Mike and Patrick of Brooklyn, creators of ATicketForRush.com, are moving ahead with their effort to convince radio Talker Rush Limbaugh to move to Costa Rica to escape health care reform in the USA. But Rush’s refusal to fly commercial has proven to be a setback.

They say they do have enough to put Limbaugh up in a cottage for six months, and to provide for two weeks of Spanish lessons. They also seem proud of the fact that Limbaugh invested 724 words on his radio show calling the project dumb.

The goal now is to charter a jet. To date the site has raised $2,812.

Any money not going toward moving Limbaugh to Costa Rica will be donated to Planned Parenthood. Limbaugh indicated he would support people wasting their money on the project if it weren’t for the probable ultimate destination of the cash, which he does not support.

RBR-TVBR observation: We strongly suspect that if the fine accommodations available on a standard commercial flight were not up to Limbaugh’s standards, any cottage that can be had for six months, and for less than $3K, isn’t going to up to snuff either.
