On Tuesday, during the midday hours, a marketing e-mail from SiriusXM arrived in the inbox of our Publisher, Deborah Parenti. It undoubtedly caught her attention — and ours once she forwarded it over.
The subject line in the e-mail? “Don’t waste your time with AM/FM radio.”
Really? While there are many ways we can go with this Observation, we are sharing this for one reason — so every radio station in North America is aware of the war the home of Howard Stern seeks to wage against an industry devoted to serving every community to which it is licensed. SiriusXM doesn’t do that — period.
