Ohio LPFM License Fight Deepens With Lawyer Exit

The days appear to be numbered for a low-power FM radio station serving a small city one hour to the north of Columbus, Ohio, that’s known for the presidential home of Warren G. Harding.

The FCC‘s Administrative Law Judge is giving Marion Education Exchange exactly 20 days to respond to requests it’s seemingly not heeded as part of a license revocation hearing.

The inaction even led the licensee’s attorney — George M. Wolfe (pictured) — to withdraw as counsel. But, one of the key figures at the LPFM station spoke with RBR+TVBR, and he suggests another communications breakdown is at play.
