The small town of Hettinger, N.D., is home to 1,226 people — and quite possibly a lot more cattle. There’s a livestock research station operated by North Dakota State University nearby, and not much else in this lonely corner of Southwest North Dakota.
Now, one of the three commercially licensed FMs that can be heard in the area is being sold. The buyer is already operating the facility, known as “The Range.”
