Oxenford Files Asset Transfer Asks For Steve Marks’ Widow

On May 11, a former Michigan Association of Broadcasters Chairman and Montana Broadcasters Association member fondly remembered for always volunteering for the front seat of the boat during the group’s annual whitewater rafting trip died at the age of 72.


Steve Marks’ passing means a change in the ownership of a collection of radio and television properties through various licensees. Now, Wilkinson Barker Knauer attorney David Oxenford has started the process by seeking a transfer of control of a Country with some “WOW” factor to Marks’ widow, Mary.
