On Friday, 12/17 Paul Castronovo and “Young” Ron Brewer were on the radio for 12 hours raising money and contributing food to Feeding South Florida during the show’s 16th annual holiday food drive. The South Florida regionally syndicated radio personalities actually hosted a series of fundraisers for Feeding South Florida that contributed more than 810,000 pounds of food to the nonprofit organization, enough to create more than a half million meals for hungry people that are unable to adequately feed themselves.

“We live in this community and know there are many people struggling to feed themselves and their families,” said Castronovo. “We’ve been raising money and collecting food for 16 years and never has the need been greater than it is today. We’re just thankful to be in a position to help.”
