The one-day event on Sept. 10 in New York City is a chance for advertisers and media buyers to preview the latest podcast programming.

Organizers hope to educate and raise awareness of podcasts as a valuable platform to reach consumers.

Certainly broadcast executives are paying attention to podcasts’ growth as a way to garner more revenue.
