We’ve known for a couple of weeks that Morris Multimedia is going to have a new market to call its largest, thanks to its acquisition of ABC WTVQ-TV in Lexington KY from Media General. Now we know how much it will cost. The station, which plies the analog airwaves over Channel 36 and sends its digital signal over Channel 40, will command a pricetag of 16.5M cash, almost all of which will be forked over at closing, with a modest 100K put down up front into an escrow account.
