Q1 US ad spend reached $34.9 billion


KantarThe Winter Olympics helped increase overall US ad spend nearly 6% in Q1. US ad revenue for the first three months of 2014 was $34.9 billion, with the Sochi games responsible for $600 million of incremental ad spend, according to Kantar Media. Sans the Olympics, US ad spend climbed 4%.
