Tasha Ingalls is the receiver for Roswell Radio Inc., the former licensee of a six-station, two-market radio group operating in Roswell NM and Tucumari NM. And her Ingalls Holdings LLC, which she operates along with David L. Ingalls, has turned out to be the buyer of the group as well.
The stations include KBCQ AM-AM, KMOU-FM & KSFX-FM in Roswell and KTNM-AM & KQAY-FM in Tucumari.
The District Court of Chaves County NM appointed A.D. Jones to be Special Master, tasked with auctioning off the properties, and it turned out that the only bidder was Ingalls Holdings.
The price is a direct match for the liabilities of the group plus expenses associated with the court proceeding, including paying attorney fees and paying Jones along with a few other items. The price is $340,763.77.
An LMA will be put in place pending closing of the transaction.
