WOIR-AM is going from a receiver for Amenecer Christian Network Inc. to a new owner called Amenecer Investment Company under court order that involves $3.9M in settled debt. The buyer is headed by Carlos A. Acosta, whose group will settle a $2M debt with ACNI, sold under the auspices of Lewis B. Freeman Receiver. The other $1.9M is whisked away in a settlement with Corpo-Mex Inc. WOIR is licensed to Homestead FL, on the south side of the sprawling Miami-Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood market.
