Oops. The licensee of an Alabama facility has just been handed a NOV for transmitting some four miles from its authorized location. That’s what a September 2013 given to this same operator largely noted.
But, it turns out the individual involved as a history of issues. Nine years ago, he was stripped of his licenses for a litany of violations including the alteration of checks.
