Satellite TV carrier Dish Network reported that Q2 revenues increased 5.6% to $2.91 billion, despite losing 25,000 net subscribers to end the quarter with approximately 13.8 million subs. Net income for the quarter was $336 million, up from $224 million a year earlier.
