KZRM-FM Chama NM, which serves an unrated portion of northern New Mexico and southern Colorado with a local Rock format, is changing hands. The station will be the only one in the portfolio of buyer Chama Broadcasting Corporation.
The buyer is headed by George Freeland. He will pay $250K cash for the station. According to documents filed with the FCC, an LMA was scheduled to kick off 9/7/11.
The seller is Lance Broadcasting LLC, headed by Lance Minnite.
KZRM is a Class C3 operating on 96.1 MHz with 25 kW @ 302’.
