TAMARAC, FLA. — One year ago, RBR+TVBR reported on the sale of exactly 24.38 acres of land on the northeast corner of Nob Hill Road and Hillsboro Blvd. in Parkland, Fla., not far from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, by Beasley Media Group.

The city purchased the parcel, for a park, and paid $7.1 million for the land, which housed the broadcast towers of two AM radio stations. The facilities went dark, under a STA.

While it was assumed both of the facilities would cease to exist, one of them has just been sold. The buyer? Sam Rogatinsky.
