Alex Kolobielski’s First Media Radio is getting its second FM and third radio station along the Maryland Rt. 50 corridor. WINX-FM is licensed to Cambridge and is on the fringe of the Salisbury-Ocean City market. But its duopoly partner stations are located in the other direction, to the west in Easton MD and beyond Arbitron’s reach. They are WEMD-AM and WCEI-FM. The seller of WINX-FM is CWA Broadcasting, headed by Charles W. Adams III. The price is $2M cash. An LMA was scheduled to kick off 1/6/09.
