‘Sputnik’ Lands In Kansas City

A radio program that has been on the radar of National Intellegience officials will be airing in Kansas City. ‘Sputnik’ is slated to air on a trio of Alpine Broadcasting Corporation stations serving the KC area.

Last year RBR-TVBR reported on a group of congressional leaders seeking an FCC investigation into the airing of the program.

According to a report in The Kansas City Star, radio station KCXL, 1140 AM (102.9 FM and 104.7 FM) will air the program for six hours a day as a result of a lease agreement with RM Broadcasting LLC based in Florida.

In 2019 RM Broadcasting was ordered by a federal judge to register as a foreign agent.

  1. Is that the best you could do concerning the reporting of a Russian Government propaganda station being broadcast from the heartland of the USA?
