Starcom MediaVest, ZenithOptimedia renew with Arbitron, Scarborough

The multi-year ratings and software contract renewal with the two Publicis Groupe media agencies provides access to the monthly reports in all PPM markets, the data reports for all diary markets, as well as RADAR, Nationwide and TAPSCAN Web services.  Eight Publicis-owned companies are also included in the agreement and will receive some or all services above. 


Scarborough has also extended its relationship with Starcom MediaVest Group and ZenithOptimedia to help guide the local media planning and buying activities and communications planning projects . Through this expanded new arrangement, 11 Publicis subsidiaries will have access to Scarborough insights from over 100 local markets, national studies and Hispanic services.
