Steve Kingston Sells His Annapolis Adult Alternative FM

At the end of October, WTMD-FM, the Adult Alternative station serving Baltimore operated by Your Public Radio, surprised a few longtime radio listeners across the Mid-Atlantic Region by welcoming Rob Timm as its Production Director and midday host. He had previously been the morning host at an Annapolis, Md.-based Adult Alternative FM, and was associated with that station since 2004.

It is now a bit clearer as to why Timm left the station, owned by Steve Kingston, the longtime radio industry programming executive. Kingston is selling WRNR-FM, and the buyer won’t keep the station’s blend of programming.
