Stocks extend losses; Nasdaq erases gains

Stocks finished lower Wednesday after mid-afternoon selling intensified when President Barack Obama, in a speech in Brussels, called for further economic sanctions against Russia over its annexation of Crimea. The S&P ended the day 13.06 points, or 0.7%, lower at 1,852.56. The Nasdaq finished the day 60.69 points, or 1.4%, lower at 4,173.58. The Dow dropped 98.89 points, or 0.6%, to 16,268.99.


The RBR Radio Index was up .179, or .02%, to 957.095.

The TVBR Television Index was down 9.139, or 1.2%, to 781.685.
