Wall Street made it two up days in a row as investors bet on stocks in the materials and energy sectors, based on rising commodity prices, and did some bargain-hunting in the beaten down tech stocks. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 131 points, or 1.2%, to 10,940. Broadcasting stocks also had another good day.
The RBR Radio Index was up 18.431, or 7.6%, to 260.101.
The TVBR Television Index was up 3.466, or 1.9%, to 189.484.
