U.S. financial markets continued to decline sharply on Monday, the first day of Rosh Hashanah.
However, with minutes remaining in Monday’s trading, some media companies were on the plus side.
Among the companies in the green with less than 15 minutes to go in the day’s trading were Cumulus Media, Xperi Corp., Apple, Nielsen and SiriusXM.
Oh, and there’s Saga Communications. SGA growth has been relentless on word that it is raising its quarterly dividend and awarding shareholders with a special dividend on top of that.
As such, SGA was up another 5.1% to $29.05 as of 3:49pm Eastern.
