Stocks rose on Tuesday, recouping after an erroneous tweet pushed equities down 1% in seconds, as investors embraced upbeat earnings ahead of Apple’s results. The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 152.29 points to end at 14,719.46, with 24 of its 30 components rising.
The RBR Radio Index was up 6.613, or 1.3%, to 510.086.
The TVBR Television Index was up 14.787, or 2.6%, to 594.429.
