Stock prices rose late in Tuesday’s session after the Federal Reserve announced that several major banks had passed the Fed’s financial stress tests. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 218 points, or 1.7%, to 13,118 – back above the 13K mark. Broadcasting stocks went along for the ride, also aided by news that retail sales were up.
The RBR Radio Index was up 12.851, or 3.7%, to 357.895.
The TVBR Television Index was up 4.654, or 1.8%, to 262.825.
