Over the last several days, one of the nation’s most-listened-to Classical stations has been rallying listeners to “restore interference-free reception” to one of its four over-the-air signals.
The station has even been kind enough to create a downloadable one-page “Interference Complaint” for listeners who have trouble picking up broadcasts via this signal.
But, here’s the rub: Does this University of Southern California facility have a legitimate argument, or is it a precursor of what could pose nightmare situations for “fringe” signals that aspire to be full-metro stations?
