Telemundo Local Sales Vet Takes A Big Role At Entravision

From 2004 until 2016, this woman served as NSM and VP/Sales of Telemundo’s O&O in New York, interrupted between 2008 and 2014 for a six-year run as LSM of Telemundo’s flagship station in Miami.


She then exited for the top sales position at LBI Media’s flagship Los Angeles property.

Less than a year after joining the Estrella TV operation, she’s traded her perch in Burbank’s Empire Center for an up-close view of the Empire State Building.

Now serving as SVP/Eastern Region Sales for Entravision Communications is Liliana Aristizabal. In this role, she will oversee Entravision’s national spot TV, radio and Entravision Solutions on the East Coast and reports to EVP/National Sales Claudia Macias.

“Liliana is a proven executive who brings more than 20 years of experience in media sales, including managing sales teams in New York, Los Angeles and Miami,” Macias said. “We are delighted to have her join our team and look to her leadership to highlight our media platform and its capabilities among advertisers in the East Coast.”

For much of 2017, Aristizabal was VP and GSM of KRCA-62, the Estrella TV flagship operated by Liberman Broadcasting’s LBI Media. But, she’s mainly known for her roles at Telemundo

From 2014-2016, she was VP/Sales for WNJU-47 in New York. From 2008-2014 Aristizabal was LSM for WSCV-51 in Miami.

She joined Telemundo after working with former affiliate partner ZGS Communications in New York, as Director of National Sales, from 2002-2004.
