Terror outdraws economic fears again

0

In another head-to-head news dominance duel, domestic terror edged the economic crisis during the week of 5/18-09-5/24/09, according to the Project for Excellence in Journalism.

That’s not the way it went down in individual media, however. Newspapers said economy 28%, terror 8%. Cable saw it the other way: terror 34%, economy 9%.

No story charted anywhere with less than 2%, and 14 stories made an individual media list despite not having enough moxie to make the overall top ten list, a sure sign of a lack of any big attention-hog narratives.
