Teserio bags lion's share of Amsterdam AM

John A. Tesiero Jr. has a deal which will give him 76% control of WCSS-AM Amsterdam NY, in the Albany-Schenectady-Troy market. He’ll pay a total of 61,155 to nine different shareholders. In all but one case, he’s paying 525 dollars per share, but will pay 550 to the largest shareholder, Joe Isabel, in exchange for 25 of Isabel’s total of 40 shares. Tesiero holds a similar 550 per share option for the remaining 40 as well. The station has been in a 1K/month LMA with Cranesville Block Company, which Tesiero is associated with.
