On August 1, RBR+TVBR first reported that a group of radio stations licensed to the company led by Monte and Doris Miller would be placed up for sale in a court-administered auction, as Rocking M Media sought to emerge from debtor-in-possession status following a March 2022 Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing.
If all goes according to plan, asset sale agreements will be submitted to the FCC early next week signaling the sale of the 13 AM and FM radio stations. Four buyers are involved, and the stations are poised to stay in local hands.
