The Wendy Williams Show will have one of daytime’s most impressive Emmy-winning teams when the series launches in national syndication on Monday, July 13th.

The staff roster, announced by Lonnie Burstein, EVP of Programming for Debmar-Mercury and Executive Producer Rob Dauber is anchored by Emmy winners Jason Gabel and Suzanne Bass, who will serve as Supervising Producers, and six-time Emmy winner Deb Miller who will return to the series as Director after serving in the same capacity during the show’s six week preview last summer. The combined credentials include more than 10 Emmy Awards and work on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Rosie O’Donnell Show and The Martha Stewart Show, among others.

Gabel served as Senior Producer on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, which received four Emmy awards for ‘Outstanding Talk Show’ during his tenure. His earlier credits include Associate Producer on The Rosie O’Donnell Show and Producer on The Caroline Rhea Show.  Jason most recently served as Supervising Producer on both the pilot and series for ABC’s Opportunity Knocks.

Bass comes to The Wendy Williams Show from The Martha Stewart Show, where she worked as Coordinating Producer for the past four seasons, and earned an Emmy nomination for this season.  Previously, she worked on The Rosie O’Donnell Show, Extra and as Coordinating Producer on NBC’s Meet Mr. Mom.

Deb Miller returns to The Wendy Williams Show for the full season run, following her work on last summer’s sneak peek.  Miller most recently worked on The Martha Stewart Show, where she was nominated this season for an Emmy, adding to her six wins overall.  Deb has most recently worked as Director on productions such as The Rosie O’Donnell Show, Fashionably Late with Stacy London and more.

In addition, the show has signed on Emmy Award-winning Producer/Talent Booker Deirdre Dod and talk show veteran James Avenell as talent execs. The pair, whose prior credentials include The Rosie O’Donnell Show, The Martha Stewart Show and booking for David Letterman, will begin working to secure celebrity guests on the daytime talk show starting immediately. Dod most recently served as Talent Producer for Rosie Live before joining the talent staff at The Wendy Williams Show.  Avenell comes from The Bonnie Hunt Show, where he recently served as a Talent Executive; he previously worked on The Martha Stewart Show as Talent Producer.

Returning to The Wendy Williams Show staff are Producers Joelle Dawson-Calia, Lorraine Haughton and Alia Zamel who worked on last summer’s successful six-week preview.  The show also named Liza Persky to Producer and Tristan Zimmerman to the role of Web Producer.  Collectively the experienced team has worked on shows such as The Martha Stewart Show, The Tyra Banks Show, Rosie Live and The Rosie O’Donnell Show.

The Wendy Williams Show is produced and distributed by Debmar-Mercury. Executive Producers are Rob Dauber, Kevin Hunter and Wendy Williams; Liz Koman is Executive VP of Branded Entertainment and Matt Uzzle is Executive In Charge of Production for Debmar-Mercury.
