PORTLAND, ORE. — The COVID-19 pandemic has altered the lives of many across the globe. For those in Oregon’s biggest population center, a visit to the local Whole Foods Market, Safeway, Trader Joe’s or Fred Meyer isn’t as simple as it was until mid-March.
As such, prepare-and-serve grocery delivery companies such as Schwan’s Home Service are trucking across Portland.
The same can be seen in New York’s Mid-Hudson Valley, and along Chicago’s Magnificent Mile. In other markets, Schwan’s is shipping food via UPS.
Now, radio listeners are able to learn more about Schwan’s thanks to a radio spot that’s just won the 18th annual Dead Radio Contest from New York-based boutique agency Oink Ink Radio.
