'The X Factor' wins Wednesday for Fox

With THE X FACTOR Top 3 Performance Finale and an original I HATE MY TEENAGE DAUGHER, FOX won the night in Adults 18-49, Total Viewers, Adults 18-34/25-54 and Teens.
                                                           
THE X FACTOR: 3.3/10, down one-tenth (-3%) from last week in Adults 18-49, but was up +3% in Total Viewers (11.1 vs. 10.8 Mil) and up +14% in Teens (2.4 vs. 2.1).


THE X FACTOR was the highest rated program of the night among Adults 18-49, Total Viewers, Adults 18-34/25-54 and Teens

The telecast gained +23% in the last half hour vs. the first in Adults 18-49 (half-hours: 3.0 > 3.2 > 3.7)

I HATE MY TEENAGE DAUGHTER: 2.1/6, up +17% from last week in Adults 18-49, up +13% in Adults 18-34 (1.7 vs. 1.5) and up +18% in Total Viewers (6.0 vs. 5.1 Mil.)

IHMTD Was the second highest rated program of the night (behind THE X FACTOR) in Adults 18-34.

IHMTD won its 9:30pm half hour among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens
                                                           
Competition
ABC aired repeats of The Middle (1.4/5), Suburgatory (1.5/5), Modern Family (2.2/6), Happy Endings (1.4/4), and Revenge (0.9/3).

On CBS, the 13th Annual Home for the Holidays special posted a 0.8/2 at 8pm, up +14% from last year’s telecast.  Repeats of Criminal Minds (1.5/4) and CSI (1.6/4) closed out the night.

Following night three of Who’s Still Standing (1.7/5, down -11% from Tuesday), NBC aired repeats of the special A Michael Buble Christmas (1.0/3) and Law & Order: SVU (1.0/3).

NOTE: We’ve ordered Time Zone Adjusted numbers from Nielsen and expect to have them within the next hour or so.  THE X FACTOR ended at 9:31pm last night and could go up among Adults 18-49 in the finals.

Also, Adults 18-49 TV usage was down -7% last night versus last week from 8-10pm.
