WAILUKU, HAWAII — Three months ago, an American entity that sees Queensland, Australia-based Carla Morris hold 80% attributable interest agreed to purchase a pair of Big Island FMs by way of a promissory note.
Now, the transaction, brokered by Susan Patrick and Jason James of Patrick Communications, has formally closed.
