A broadcast TV station serving the capital city of Kansas received a Notice of Apparent Liability for forfeiture in response to its failure to timely file its Children’s Television Programming reports for 13 quarters.
Even worse, the licensee didn’t bother to report these late filings in its renewal application.
The matter has now been resolved, via a Consent Decree.
