It’s offices and studios are on the fourth floor of an office tower emblazoned with the logo of a 50-year-old Rock station.
According to paperwork filed with the FCC, this AM, owned by Frank Iorio, is now being spun. The buyer is affiliated with the operator of retirement communities, living assistance facilities, nursing homes, a community outpatient medical center, and rehabilitation therapy.
