KGID-FM in Giddings, Tex., is being spun by KGID Inc. to Township Media LLC and Fortview Ventures LLC, which is obtaining the real estate associated with the station.
The license and station assets are valued at $500,000.
The property is valued at $250,000.
A $50,000 deposit against the license and station assets is being held by John C. Trent, as Escrow Agent.
The remainder is to be paid in cash at closing.
KGID Inc. is led by Greg Shapiro.
Township is fronted by Daryl O’Neal, as CEO.
There are no brokers or finders in this deal, filed with the FCC on Jan. 5 and consummated on Dec. 30, 2020.
