He’d led the company through its successful October 2018 $150 million acquisition by The E.W. Scripps Co. after an all-cash $185 million announced purchase by Audioboom went bust just three months later. 


He’d stay with the entity he founded and has led as Chief Executive Officer through Scripps’ February 2021 sale of the company to iHeartMedia for $230 million.

Now the nation’s largest creator and distributor of audio content via linear and digital channels is making a change at the top. But, Neal Schore won’t be fully disappearing from Triton Digital.
