Now, the deal brokered by Kalil & Co. has closed, handing it to Tom Troland and Michael Mallace.
As first reported by RBR+TVBR in January, Troland and Mallace’s Desert Explorer Communication LLC has acquired KDVK-FM 103.5 in Dove Creek, Colo., from Cochise Media Licenses LLC.
The purchase price is $40,000.
The seller’s legal counsel in this matter is Fletcher Heald & Hildreth attorney Steve Lovelady.
Cochise Media Licenses is a Wyoming-based company headed by Ted Tucker.
